Scaffold arrives 1 day before the start, giving us safe access to the upper levels of weatherboard, brick and render.
All three surfaces prepared individually — weatherboards washed and sanded, brick and render cleaned and patched as needed.
Surface-appropriate primers and sealers, followed by two full top coats in your matched colour across each cladding type.
Cutting in around trim, eaves, window frames and junctions between cladding types, plus a final walkthrough.
Scaffold removed, site cleaned, protection taken down, and we complete your handover inspection together.
